STRATEGIC INFRASTRUCTURE & NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Aurora United, in partnership with the Republic of Haiti, is spearheading a transformative national development initiative aimed at rebuilding and modernizing critical infrastructure to ensure sustainable growth, economic prosperity, and enhanced quality of life for all Haitians. This comprehensive plan encompasses the following key sectors:
1. Data Center, AI, and Research Facilities
Establishment of cutting-edge research, artificial intelligence (AI), and data center facilities to foster technological innovation, enhance digital capabilities, and drive long-term scientific advancement.
2. Telecommunications Infrastructure
Expansion and modernization of the national telecommunications network to ensure reliable, high-speed digital connectivity across urban and rural regions, empowering economic development and inclusive access to technology.
3. Housing and Construction
Development of sustainable and modern housing solutions designed to provide safe, secure, and dignified living conditions for displaced and underserved populations, promoting stability and growth.
4. Airport Reconstruction and Modernization
Upgrading international and domestic airports with advanced infrastructure and safety systems to enhance operational efficiency, promote tourism, and support international trade.
5. Power Plant Development
Construction of power plants leveraging renewable energy sources to ensure long-term energy security, reduce environmental impact, and promote sustainable industrial growth.
6. Water Treatment Plants
Establishment of water treatment facilities to guarantee the provision of clean, safe drinking water to communities, reducing the risk of waterborne diseases and improving public health.
7. Reconstruction of Civic Buildings and Supporting Infrastructure
Renovation and rebuilding of essential public and governmental buildings to restore civic operations and provide safe, functional spaces for public services.
8. Rebuilding of Three Main Harbors
Modernization of Haiti’s three primary harbors to facilitate international trade, enhance maritime security, and improve logistics capabilities for economic growth.
9. Roads and Rail System Development
Expansion and rehabilitation of the national road network and the construction of a modern rail system to enhance transportation, promote commerce, and facilitate regional connectivity.
10. Fishing Fleet, Agriculture, and Processing Plants
Revitalization of the fishing industry and modernization of agriculture with the establishment of processing plants to boost domestic food security and facilitate export opportunities.
11. National Roads with Integrated Utilities
Integration of national road networks with essential utilities, including electrical grids, water supply, sewer systems, and drainage systems, to promote sustainable urban development.
12. Training and Augmentation of Police Force
Training and equipping 3,000 dual-citizenship (U.S.-Haitian) police officers with advanced technology, modern command systems, and operational capabilities to strengthen national security.
13. Cargo Fleet (Sea) for Reconstruction Support
Acquisition of a dedicated sea cargo fleet to ensure efficient transport of materials and equipment required for large-scale reconstruction projects.
14. Aircraft - Air Cargo Fleet
Procurement of air cargo planes to optimize supply chain efficiency and facilitate the timely delivery of critical resources.
15. FUEL ESTIMATES FOR 5 YEARS
Strategic procurement of fuel to sustain national projects and operational needs for a five-year period, ensuring continuity and energy security.
16. Patrol Craft for Coastal Security
Deployment of 8 coastal patrol cruisers to safeguard Haiti’s territorial waters, combat human trafficking, drug smuggling, and illegal arms transport, enhancing national security.
17. Education, Health Clinics, and Hospitals
Construction of modern educational institutions, health clinics, and hospitals to improve public health outcomes, strengthen educational opportunities, and support community well-being.
