AURORA Councils:
AURORA recognizes that the power of transformation lies in the hands of the young, and we have designed a structure that nurtures this potential. Children and youth are divided into AURORA Councils based on their age and maturity, creating opportunities for growth, collaboration, and leadership at every stage:
Ages 5–11
Building Curiosity and Compassion
Young Aurorans engage in projects that ignite their imagination and teach the fundamentals of empathy, community service, and creativity. Through storytelling, environmental projects, and cultural exchanges, they begin to understand the beauty of diversity and the importance of helping others.
Ages 12–18
Exploring Identity and
Impact
Teen Aurorans take their knowledge further, engaging in collaborative projects with peers from around the world. They develop leadership skills by identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and taking action — all while experiencing different cultures, religions, and viewpoints that expand their understanding of the world.
Ages 19–25

As young adults, Aurorans step into roles of greater responsibility, leading international initiatives that tackle pressing global challenges.
